Kirkintilloch Herald Visits Lenzie Website

After a hectic but successful few weeks selling the Lenzie Jigsaws, we at the Lenzie Website were feeling quite pleased with the success of the site, looking forward to selling the last of the jigsaws and having some time to put up the “Christmas decorations” both on the site and in the House. So, it was a bit of surprise when Katy from the Kirkintilloch Herald phoned up and asked whether we would like an article about the website in the Herald. Would we like an article? After putting so much effort into the website of course we wanted more people to know about it!

The interview with Katy was very pleasant, and a couple of days later Jamie the photographer arrived to take the pictures. Somehow the working area seemed to be glistening with every single artefact to do with the website from the jigsaw, to the postcards, and miraculously Jamie turned up just at the time when the Lenzie Website was the only thing on view on the computer! It wasn't a setup honestly!

But more seriously, thanks to Katy and Jamie for the interest in the site. It goes without saying that there was more than a little interest from the “staff” of the Lenzie Website on how they did their interviews and arranged the photographs. We certainly learnt some lessons from their professionalism.
